Use and maintenance of vertical mixer

1. Before using SLJ mixer in operation, we must be familiar with the contents of this manual and master the performance and usage of the machine.
2. Continuous and uniform feeding should be guaranteed when the machine is used. The grain level meter should be connected with the adjusting motor of the feeding belt machine. When the material in the cylinder is not up to the highest level, the feeding belt should feed at a uniform speed, and the height of the discharging gate should be adjusted according to the material storage condition of the hopper of the molding machine. In normal production, the material in and out of the mixer should be balanced, and when the material in the cylinder reaches below the highest level, the normal feeding can be restored.
3, before starting the machine, check the fastening status of each part and the lubrication of each lubrication part.
4, the machine should normally start at no load, and can start feeding after normal operation.
5. The machine should stop feeding before stopping use. After stopping feeding, it should continue to start for 10-12 minutes. When the amount of residual material in the cylinder reaches the minimum, then shut down the motor and remove the surface sticky material of the level meter. If the machine is not used for a long time, the residual material in the cylinder should be cleaned up.
6. If abnormal conditions (such as abnormal vibration and noise, excessive bearing temperature rise, etc.) are found during the working period of the machine, the feeding should be stopped immediately, the machine should be stopped to find out the cause of the fault, and the machine can be restarted after troubleshooting.
7. In the production process, if the power-cut motor is abnormally shut down, the material inside the cylinder should be cleared before restarting.
8. During the use of the equipment, the wear and tear of gear pair and mixer structure and the stirring rod should be checked regularly.
